Inside Sales Supervisor

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Inside Sales Supervisor. 

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Inside Sales Representative Team. Ensuring the Team are supporting our Customers through inbound lead follow-up and outbound sales contact and email to assigned territories.  You have a sound understanding of customer/consumer needs and should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the inside sales representatives team
  • Setting and tracking sales targets for your team
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales process
  • Understanding customer/consumer needs and requirements and actioning as needed;
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement;
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales;
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate National Account Managers for further development and closing;
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Assist in tracking and communicate delivery of product;
  • Other duties as required.


  • 3+ years Proven work experience as an Inside sales Supervisor or similar role;
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel;
  • Ability to quickly identify solutions to problems;
  • Display a positive attitude;
  • High level of organization and attention to detail;
  • Work well under pressure with a professional demeanor;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and changing work environment;
  • Must be adaptable, flexible and reliable;
  • Critical thinking;
  • Able to manage multiple priorities;
  • Good judgment and discretion are essential;
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with outstanding sentence structure, spelling and grammar is a must;
  • Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
