Phase 4 Construction Continues

Phase 4 construction has come a long way over the past few months. The majority of the steel structures have been installed and erected so it won't be long until we will see the opening of many new grow rooms. October definitely looks like it will be a busy month of construction with wall installations set to go up near the end of the month.

Sept 28a

This is the metal structure of phase 4A that will house 31 grow rooms upon completion. The wooden wall is support for the concrete foundation that will help house our massive 5300 tonne chiller system and a 20MVA @ 12.47KV  electrical service.

We have installed a yellow barrier and metal rebar to help strengthen the concrete floors for the upcoming 31 grow rooms which are part of the 4A construction phase.

Ready for concrete! Here you can see the electrical conduit and plumbing pipes to service our future grow rooms.

This building will house 32 additional grow rooms which is part of the phase 4B construction. A few months from now they will lay the concrete floor and will enclose the walls as winter is just around the corner.

The substation will be operational by mid October to supply Organigram with 40MW of power for our ever-expanding cannabis growth needs.
