Our social media platforms are intended to be a safe place where patients, doctors and community members can have open discussion, ask questions and stay up-to-date on Organigram and the medical cannabis industry. We encourage open discussion and dialogue but we request that posts or comments directed to Organigram and other users remain respectful and constructive at all times.
Organigram strives to provide its community members the best experience possible. In order to do so, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
Inappropriate Content – Please refrain from posting content that can be perceived as inappropriate, abusive, profane or otherwise offensive.
Respect of other users - Even though we welcome your opinion, unlawful, hateful, defamatory, libellous, harassing, threatening, trolling and personal attacks will not be tolerated. The well-being of our community members is our number one priority and will we remove any comment, post or content that may negatively affect other users.
Relevance – Our social media platforms are intended to educate, inform and provide support to medical cannabis community members. As such, this is not a place for commercial messages, chain letters, junk emails, spamming, surveys, contests or promotional posts.
Ownership of Content – At Organigram, we respect intellectual property laws, and we would appreciate if you did the same. When sharing video content, links, images, photographs or text, please make sure you have the adequate right or permission before doing so.
Privacy – We promise to respect your personal privacy and your personal information. In exchange, we ask that you respect the privacy of the other users. For your own safety, we recommend that you do not share your own personal information including your full name, telephone number or address when posting content on our social media platforms.
Age of Majority – Users posting content on our social media platforms must be above the age of majority in their Province or Territory, unless they have the permission of a parent or a legal guardian.
Legal – Please refrain from posting content that is in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Since Organigram encourages discussion and dialogue, we try our best not to remove content posted on our social media platforms. However, we reserve the right to remove, delete or block content that are in violation of the above guidelines or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We also wish to remind you that user’s content posted on Organigram’s social media platforms come from members of the public and do not reflect the views of Organigram, nor does Organigram endorse or approve such content. Organigram bears no responsibility for user’s content appearing on its social media and makes no representations as to its accuracy.
