Corporate Profile

Organigram Holdings Inc. NASDAQ (OGI) TSX (OGI), is the parent company of Organigram Inc., a leading Canadian licensed producer (LP) of premium quality cannabis and extract-based products.

Founded in 2013, Organigram first began as a medical cannabis provider. Today, the Company is focused on producing high-quality, indoor-grown cannabis for patients and adult recreational consumers in Canada, as well as developing international business partnerships to extend the Company’s global footprint. The Company has one of the lowest cultivation cost per gram1 among Canadian LPs primarily attributable to high yields and operational efficiencies driven by a relentless culture of continuous improvement and the use of a unique and proprietary software system, OrganiGrow. Organigram has also reported positive adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) for its fiscal 2019 year and its first quarter fiscal 2020.

Organigram is focused on translating operational excellence into strong financial results and return on investment for shareholders.

1Cultivation cost per gram and adjusted EBITDA are non-IFRS performance measures which are not calculated in accordance with IFRS and may not be comparable to similar data presented by other companies.  Please see the Company’s latest MD&A in the “Financial Reports” section under “Investors” tab of this website.
