We are a Canadian licensed producer of cannabis and a manufacturer of cannabis-derived products.  We are dedicated to maintaining the privacy, security and accuracy of your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy summarizes what Personal Information we collect, how we collect it and how we use and disclose it. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and we will post any material changes to it on the Website. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those changes.


Organigram Inc. (“Organigram” or “we”) treats Personal Information in a manner consistent with the purpose for which it was collected, unless Organigram has your consent to use it differently. By using our Website, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information, including Personal Information, as set out in this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE.


Personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy means any information that can be used to uniquely identify you and may include: name, telephone number, address or email address,  ("Personal Information"). When you visit our Website, we may ask you to supply us with Personal Information. For example, we may collect Personal Information when you:

Any Personal Information that we are no longer using is deleted and/or destroyed.

Organigram reserves the right to transfer Personal Information in the event that we merge with or are acquired by a third party. In the course of such a transaction, Organigram may disclose your Personal Information to the purchaser or new corporate entity.


Your Choices.


If you no longer  wish to receive our promotional emails, you may opt out using the "unsubscribe" tool in such e-mail. Note that you may not be permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, payment confirmations, changes for updates to features of the Website, or technical and security notices.


You have the right to access your Personal Information and to request a correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate.
